Stirling Access is a luxury concierge intelligence platform. We operate an AI-powered concierge service that helps clients source, compare, and book premium travel and lifestyle services. Depending on the service category, we either introduce you to a suitable third-party provider or book the service directly on your behalf (see Section 4).
2. Acceptance of These Terms
By accessing stirlingaccess.com, using our website tools, engaging with our WhatsApp AI concierge, or submitting an enquiry through any channel, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use Stirling Access.
These terms apply to all users of the platform, whether accessing via the website, WhatsApp, email, or any other channel through which Stirling Access operates now or in the future.
3. The Stirling Access Platform
Stirling Access provides services across the following categories:
- Private Aviation: charter flight matching, route pricing intelligence, aircraft comparison, and introductions to charter brokers, empty-leg operators, and aviation programme providers.
- Commercial Flights: sourcing and booking scheduled airline flights on your behalf.
- Accommodation: sourcing and booking hotels, villas, serviced apartments, and other premium accommodation.
- Ground Transport: arranging chauffeur services, private transfers, and luxury ground transportation.
- Experiences & Activities: sourcing and booking tours, excursions, dining reservations, and curated experiences.
Stirling Access may expand into additional service categories over time, including yacht charter, private members' clubs, and other bespoke lifestyle services. When additional categories are added, these terms apply equally to them.
The platform comprises:
- The website (stirlingaccess.com) — tools, information, and quote request forms.
- The AI concierge — an automated assistant accessible via WhatsApp and the website, which conducts a conversation to understand your requirements and arranges services on your behalf.
- The provider directory — a curated list of vetted service providers across active service categories.
- Booking services — the ability to source, book, and arrange travel and lifestyle services on your behalf (see Section 4A).
4. Our Role
This is the most important section of these terms. Please read it carefully.
Stirling Access operates in two capacities depending on the service category:
4.1 Introduction Services
For certain service categories — including private aviation charter, yacht charter, and specialist providers — Stirling Access acts as an introducer. Our function is to understand your requirements and connect you with a suitable third-party service provider. In these cases, we do not become a party to any contract between you and the provider. Once an introduction is made, your legal and contractual relationship is exclusively with the provider.
4.2 Booking Services
For other service categories — including accommodation, commercial flights, ground transport, and experiences — Stirling Access may source and book services on your behalf. In these cases, Stirling Access acts as the principal supplier of the service to you. Your contract for each booked service is with Stirling Access (Ant vs Bear Ltd), and we are responsible for delivering the service as described at the time of booking. The underlying service is fulfilled by a third-party provider on our behalf.
Full terms for Booking Services are set out in Section 4A below.
4.3 What Stirling Access Does Not Do
Regardless of whether we act as introducer or booking service, Stirling Access does not:
- Operate any aircraft, vessel, vehicle, or other asset.
- Hold or apply for an Air Operator's Certificate (AOC) or any other regulatory authorisation in respect of the operation of transport or accommodation.
- Act as a travel organiser, package travel operator, or package arranger within the meaning of the Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018 or any successor legislation. Each service booked through Stirling Access is a separate, standalone booking — we do not combine or bundle services into packages (see Section 4B).
- Provide financial advice, investment advice, or any service regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority.
- Guarantee the availability, quality, fitness for purpose, safety, regulatory compliance, or commercial conduct of any underlying service provider.
4A. Booking Services — Additional Terms
Where Stirling Access books a service on your behalf (accommodation, flights, ground transport, experiences, or any other bookable service), the following terms apply:
4A.1 How Booking Works
- You instruct Stirling Access (via the AI concierge, WhatsApp, or email) to source and book a service meeting your requirements.
- We present you with options and a total price for each service. The price quoted is the full and final price you will pay for that service — there are no hidden fees or additional charges added after the quoted price is confirmed.
- Once you confirm a booking and payment is processed, Stirling Access arranges the service with the underlying provider.
- Each booking is a separate transaction. If you book multiple services through Stirling Access (for example, a hotel and a transfer for the same trip), each is an independent booking governed by its own confirmation and cancellation terms.
4A.2 Payments
- All payments for booked services are processed via Stripe. By making a payment, you agree to Stripe's terms of service.
- Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Prices are quoted in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated. Where the underlying service is priced in another currency, exchange rate fluctuations may apply.
- Stirling Access is a VAT-registered business. VAT is included in quoted prices where applicable and will be shown on your invoice.
4A.3 Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellation policies vary by service and provider. The applicable cancellation terms will be communicated to you before you confirm each booking.
- Where a cancellation is permitted, refunds will be processed to the original payment method via Stripe. Refund timelines depend on the underlying provider and your payment provider, but we aim to process eligible refunds within 14 business days.
- Where the underlying provider does not permit cancellation or applies cancellation fees, those terms apply to your booking with Stirling Access. We will always communicate these terms clearly before you commit.
- The Stirling Access concierge service fee (if applicable) is non-refundable once the service has been arranged, even if the underlying booking is subsequently cancelled.
4A.4 Service Delivery
- Services booked through Stirling Access are fulfilled by third-party providers. While we take responsibility for arranging the service as described, the quality and delivery of the service itself is dependent on the third-party provider.
- If a booked service is materially different from what was described at the time of booking, or if a provider fails to deliver a confirmed service, please contact us immediately at hello@stirlingaccess.com. We will use reasonable efforts to resolve the issue or arrange an alternative.
- Stirling Access is not liable for circumstances beyond our control, including provider insolvency, force majeure events, travel disruptions, or government restrictions.
4B. Separate Bookings — Not a Package
Stirling Access does not sell, organise, or arrange package travel within the meaning of the Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018.
Even where you book multiple services through Stirling Access for the same trip (for example, a flight, a hotel, and a transfer), each service is:
- A separate, independent booking with its own confirmation, price, and cancellation terms.
- Not combined, bundled, or sold at an inclusive or total price with any other service.
- Not advertised or presented as a holiday package, travel package, or similar.
You are not purchasing a package and the protections available under the Package Travel Regulations (including package organiser liability and insolvency protection) do not apply to individual bookings made through Stirling Access. Each booking carries its own terms, and you should consider appropriate travel insurance to protect against cancellations, disruptions, or other unforeseen events.
5. The AI Concierge Service
The Stirling Access AI concierge is an automated service powered by a large language model. It conducts a structured conversation to understand your requirements, establishes which service category and provider type best matches your needs, and facilitates an introduction.
You acknowledge and agree that:
- The concierge is an automated AI system, not a human advisor. Responses are generated by software and may on occasion be inaccurate, incomplete, or not reflective of current market conditions.
- Nothing communicated by the concierge constitutes professional advice of any kind — including financial, legal, safety, or regulatory advice.
- Any routing recommendation made by the concierge is a preparatory action only and does not constitute a binding recommendation or advice upon which you should solely rely.
- Cost estimates and indicative figures provided by the concierge are estimates only. They are not quotations, and no contract or commitment arises from their communication.
- You must not use the concierge to transmit harmful, abusive, fraudulent, threatening, or illegal content.
- Conversations with the concierge are processed by automated systems and may be reviewed by Stirling Access staff for quality assurance and service improvement purposes.
Stirling Access reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the concierge service for any user who misuses it.
6. WhatsApp Concierge — Additional Terms
Access to the concierge via WhatsApp is provided through the Meta WhatsApp Business API and is subject to WhatsApp's own Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy, in addition to these terms.
By messaging our WhatsApp number, you confirm that you are the account holder or have the authorisation of the account holder, and that you consent to receiving automated responses from Stirling Access as described in our Privacy Policy.
You may opt out of WhatsApp communications at any time by sending STOP to our WhatsApp number or contacting us at hello@stirlingaccess.com.
7. The Provider Directory
Stirling Access maintains a directory of service providers across its active service categories. Inclusion in the directory does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, or warranty by Stirling Access as to the quality, safety, financial soundness, or regulatory compliance of any provider.
Stirling Access makes reasonable efforts to vet providers prior to inclusion and to maintain the accuracy of directory information. However:
- Directory listings are provided for information only and may not reflect the most current status of a provider's business, licences, or regulatory position.
- Stirling Access does not continuously monitor providers after initial vetting.
- Inclusion in the directory may be subject to commercial arrangements between Stirling Access and providers (see Section 9).
- Stirling Access reserves the right to add, remove, or modify directory listings at any time without notice.
You are solely responsible for verifying the credentials, licences, insurance coverage, and suitability of any provider before contracting with them. In the case of private aviation, this includes verifying that the operator holds a valid AOC and that appropriate passenger liability insurance is in place. In the case of maritime services, verifying appropriate maritime certifications and insurance. In all cases, verifying that the provider holds any required regulatory authorisations for the service in question.
8. Pricing, Estimates, and Information Accuracy
8.1 Estimates and Indicative Pricing
Where Stirling Access provides indicative pricing, route cost estimates, or other numerical information through our tools or AI concierge:
- All figures are estimates only, based on industry-average data and algorithms. They are provided as a budgeting guide and do not constitute quotations.
- Actual costs will vary based on availability, fuel prices, fees, market conditions, seasonality, and other factors at the time of booking.
- Stirling Access accepts no liability for any variance between any estimate and the actual cost of any service.
8.2 Booking Prices
Where Stirling Access quotes a price for a bookable service (Section 4A):
- The quoted price is the total price you will pay for that service, inclusive of all applicable fees and taxes. No additional charges will be added after the price is confirmed.
- Prices are subject to availability and may change until the booking is confirmed and payment processed.
- A confirmed booking at a stated price constitutes a binding agreement between you and Stirling Access for that specific service.
8.3 General Accuracy
We make reasonable efforts to keep all information on the platform accurate and current. However, we do not warrant that any information is complete, accurate, or up to date, and we accept no liability for errors or omissions in non-binding informational content.
9. Commercial Arrangements and Revenue
Stirling Access generates revenue in the following ways:
- Introduction fees and commissions: For introduction services (Section 4.1), Stirling Access may earn referral fees or commissions from service providers when an introduction results in a booking. These are paid by the provider and do not increase the price you pay.
- Booking margin: For booking services (Section 4A), the price quoted to you includes Stirling Access's margin for sourcing, arranging, and managing the booking on your behalf. This is reflected in the total quoted price.
- Subscriptions: Revenue from optional Premium subscriptions.
In all cases, the price presented to you is the total price you pay. Commercial arrangements with providers do not affect the objectivity of recommendations made by the AI concierge, which are determined based on your stated requirements.
9A. Subscription Services
Stirling Access offers a free tier and an optional paid Premium subscription ("Concierge Plus"). The following terms apply to subscription services:
9A.1 Subscription Terms
- Premium subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe at the rate published on stirlingaccess.com at the time of subscription.
- Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period at the then-current rate. You will receive a reminder notification by email before each renewal.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing hello@stirlingaccess.com or through your account settings. Cancellation is effective at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are given for unused portions of a billing period.
- Voice minutes and top-up credits are non-refundable and expire in accordance with the service terms applicable at the time of purchase.
- Stirling Access may change subscription pricing with 30 days' notice to active subscribers. If you do not agree to the new price, you may cancel before the change takes effect.
- The free tier may be modified at any time. Material reductions to the free tier will be communicated via the platform.
9A.2 Cooling-Off Period for Subscriptions
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your Premium subscription within 14 days of subscribing, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, contact us at hello@stirlingaccess.com with a clear statement of your decision to cancel.
If you have used the subscription services during the cooling-off period, we may deduct an amount proportionate to the services provided up to the point you informed us of cancellation. Any remaining balance will be refunded within 14 days.
9A.3 Cancellation Rights for Bookings
Individual bookings for accommodation, flights, ground transport, and experiences made for a specific date or period are exempt from the 14-day cooling-off period under Regulation 28(1)(h) of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. This means you do not have an automatic right to cancel these bookings — cancellation is subject to the terms communicated at the time of booking (see Section 4A.3).
10. User Accounts
You may register an account on stirlingaccess.com to access additional features including quote history, active enquiries, and saved preferences. By registering, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and current registration information.
- Maintain the security of your account credentials.
- Not share your account with any third party.
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account at hello@stirlingaccess.com.
Stirling Access reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that breaches these terms, is used for fraudulent purposes, or that we have reason to believe has been compromised.
11. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Stirling Access or any of its services to:
- Submit false, fraudulent, or misleading enquiries or information.
- Impersonate any person or misrepresent your identity or affiliation.
- Circumvent any security measures or access controls on the platform.
- Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data from the platform without written permission.
- Use automated tools to access the platform in a way that disrupts normal operation.
- Transmit malware, viruses, or any code designed to disrupt or damage systems.
- Engage in any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations, including those relating to sanctions, money laundering, and terrorism financing.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
12.1 Platform and information
Stirling Access provides its platform and all information, tools, and content on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, as to the accuracy, completeness, fitness for purpose, or uninterrupted availability of any part of the platform.
12.2 Introduction services
Where Stirling Access acts as introducer (Section 4.1), we shall have no liability whatsoever in relation to any contract, arrangement, transaction, or dealing entered into between you and any service provider introduced through our platform. This includes but is not limited to:
- The performance, quality, or safety of any service provided by the introduced provider.
- Any cancellation, delay, substitution, or failure of service by a provider.
- The financial soundness or insolvency of any provider.
- Any personal injury, property damage, or loss arising from the provision of any introduced service.
- Any dispute between you and a provider as to pricing, terms, or service delivery.
- Any regulatory non-compliance by a provider.
12.2A Booking services
Where Stirling Access books a service on your behalf (Section 4A), our liability is limited to arranging the service as described at the time of booking. We will use reasonable efforts to resolve issues with the underlying provider, but we are not liable for:
- Circumstances beyond our control, including provider insolvency, force majeure events, travel disruptions, adverse weather, strikes, or government restrictions.
- Minor variations in the service delivered compared to the description (for example, a room of equivalent standard at the same property).
- Any loss arising from your failure to comply with entry requirements, visa requirements, health regulations, or other travel obligations.
- Any personal injury, property damage, or loss arising from the acts or omissions of the third-party provider delivering the service, except where caused by our negligence.
12.3 AI concierge
Stirling Access accepts no liability for any loss arising from reliance on information, estimates, or routing recommendations provided by the AI concierge. The concierge is a supplementary tool only. You must independently verify all material information before making any booking or financial commitment.
12.4 Consequential loss
In no event shall Stirling Access be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, punitive, or consequential loss or damage of any nature, including but not limited to: loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of opportunity, loss of data, or reputational damage, arising from your use of the platform or any service introduced through it.
12.5 Cap on direct liability
Where Stirling Access is found to have direct liability to you for any reason not excluded above, our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the total amount paid by you to Stirling Access for the specific booking or service giving rise to the claim; or (b) the total fees paid directly by you to Stirling Access in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.6 Statutory rights preserved
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for: death or personal injury caused by our negligence; fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including any rights you may have under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
13. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Ant vs Bear Ltd, its directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: your use of the platform in breach of these terms; any information you submit to the platform that is false, fraudulent, or misleading; or your violation of any applicable law or regulation.
14. Intellectual Property
All content on stirlingaccess.com — including but not limited to text, graphics, tools, algorithms, branding, route data, aircraft data, and the concierge conversation architecture — is owned by Ant vs Bear Ltd or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trade mark, and other intellectual property rights.
You may access and use the platform for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, republish, redistribute, sell, sublicense, or create derivative works from any part of the platform or its content without our prior written consent.
15. Third-Party Services and Links
The platform may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites and services (including provider websites and WhatsApp). These are provided for convenience only. Stirling Access has no control over and accepts no responsibility for the content, accuracy, privacy practices, or conduct of any third-party service. Your use of any third-party service is at your own risk and subject to that service's own terms.
16. Travel Insurance
Stirling Access strongly recommends that you obtain comprehensive travel insurance for any trip involving services booked through our platform. As each booking is a separate transaction and not a package (Section 4B), the insolvency protection and organiser liability available under the Package Travel Regulations do not apply. Travel insurance should cover, at minimum: cancellation, medical expenses, repatriation, baggage, and travel disruption.
Stirling Access does not sell or arrange travel insurance. Any recommendation to obtain insurance is general guidance only and does not constitute regulated financial advice.
17. Service Availability
Stirling Access aims to keep the platform and AI concierge available at all times but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The platform may be unavailable due to maintenance, technical failures, or events outside our control. We accept no liability for any loss resulting from platform unavailability.
18. Complaints
If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our service, please contact us at hello@stirlingaccess.com. We will acknowledge your complaint within 3 business days and aim to provide a full response within 14 business days.
For complaints relating to a specific booking, please include your booking reference and a clear description of the issue. We will make every effort to find a satisfactory resolution.
19. Dispute Resolution
If we are unable to resolve your complaint to your satisfaction, you may refer the matter to an alternative dispute resolution (ADR) provider. Stirling Access is not obliged to use ADR but may agree to do so on a case-by-case basis.
You may also contact your local Citizens Advice Bureau or Trading Standards office for guidance on your consumer rights.
20. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use Stirling Access or make a booking. By using our services, you confirm that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.
21. Confidentiality
Stirling Access treats all client information as confidential. We will not disclose your personal details, booking history, or preferences to any third party except: (a) as necessary to fulfil a booking you have requested; (b) where required by law or regulation; or (c) with your express consent. Full details of how we handle your data are set out in our Privacy Policy.
22. Force Majeure
Stirling Access shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, war, terrorism, civil unrest, strikes, transport disruptions, utility failures, or internet outages. In such circumstances, our obligations are suspended for the duration of the event.
23. Changes to These Terms
Ant vs Bear Ltd reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered account holders by email at least 14 days before they take effect. The current version is always published at stirlingaccess.com/terms/ with the date it was last updated. If you do not agree to any changes, you may cancel your subscription and stop using the platform before the changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
24. General Provisions
- Entire agreement: These terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any booking confirmation, constitute the entire agreement between you and Stirling Access regarding your use of the platform.
- Severability: If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
- Waiver: No failure or delay by Stirling Access in exercising any right under these terms shall constitute a waiver of that right.
- Assignment: You may not assign or transfer your rights under these terms without our prior written consent. Stirling Access may assign its rights and obligations under these terms to a successor entity with prior notice to you.
- Third-party rights: These terms do not confer any rights on any person or party other than you and Stirling Access under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.
- Language: These terms are provided in English only. All communications between you and Stirling Access will be in English.
25. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms or your use of Stirling Access shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
If you are a consumer resident in the United Kingdom, you will benefit from any mandatory provisions of consumer protection law in your country of residence. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or other applicable consumer protection legislation.
